I believe that in the climate we are living in at the moment - where the cost of living seems so expensive - everybody needs a mortgage broker to help and guide them. As I receive a procuration fee directly from the lender this is how I'm remunerated. No hidden costs. My services for residential and protection business is free of charge.

A small fee of £295 is payable for Buy to Let Mortgages.
